Last Orders - Christmas 2024

Need your order by 25th December? Order by midnight on 18th December 2024. Need your order by 31st December? Order by midnight on 27th December 2024. Merry Christmas!

Where do you currently ship to?

We currently ship to the UK. Our international launch is planned for 2025!

Where is my order?

If your order has not arrived when expected, you can track your parcel with a link provided in your confirmation email. If you're having further issues, drop us an email at [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Where is my invoice/receipt?

Your invoice should have been emailed to you. Please check your junk folder or your account page. If it's hiding, simply email us and we will send an invoice out to you.

When will my order arrive?

Depending on your selected delivery method, your parcel should arrive between 2-7 business days. For same day shipping, place your order before midday. If your parcel has exceeded this, track your parcel via a link in your confirmation email or drop

My product is faulty/not as I ordered; what do I do?

Unfortunately, mistakes happen in the shipping process! If your fu:di products have arrived in anything less than perfect condition, please reach out to our team at [email protected]. Our team will be in touch to find a solution as soon as possible

What is your refund policy?

If you wish to receive a refund for your order, please email us at [email protected] and let us know why. We will be happy to refund or to send out a replacement product.
